Like has been mentioned before, the well-coconut groves become an important part of building the villa’s identity. Seeing this beautiful site's condition, the architect, Bada Studio, decided to use the coconut trees as the primary features to accentuate the villa's design concept. The horizontal and vertical lines of the coconut trees inspired the villa's design concept. This idea is translated through the building’s structures, materials, and textures.

This villa consists of three distinguished villas with each consisting of two floors. All of them were built in double volumes and compressed spaces. Furthermore, each of the primary spaces is located in a different location to create a different spatial experience. All of these units are topped by a single roof that spans widely on top of them.
