A commercial space accommodates tenant spaces in a three-story building, The Light Box in Between with its translucent skin made from polycarbonate exudes its light at night and gives a distinctive shadow performance, enhancing its value as a commercial building.

Situated amidst the commercial areas in South Jakarta, this building is designed to provide functional spaces that can be arranged based on business purposes. The first level is uplifted several meters above the ground level to create a spacious parking area. This floor leveling creates a clear boundary between the indoor space and the outdoor space.

Several stepped concrete with a beautiful tiny garden on the edge side, guide the visitor into a wide café area filled with cozy seating areas. Concrete walls are adorned by the gleams of ceiling lamps, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere.

The second level is an extended out floor which creates a wide cantilever space wrapped up with translucent polycarbonate skin destined for retail and restaurant areas. The translucent material utilization has successfully created a unique attraction at night where the light inside floods the interior with bright light and creates a distinctive shadow performance from the people and furniture inside, looking like a lantern exudes its bright light at night.

Glass walls and timber tiles grace the third level and serve as the yoga room filled with warmth and calmness. This glass captures the beautiful outside views full of greeneries while helping enhance the user's concentration and the visual relaxation.

Even though designed as a commercial building, this building keeps on exuding its charm and serving a different experience in every space. The translucent polycarbonate adorns the exterior and becomes the point of interest especially when night comes up, it exudes its light like a lantern. T The Light Box in Between creates a lantern effect spreading its enlightenment and commercial allures to attract prospective tenants to improve their businesses.
