This house is designed in a simple form that stretches along the cliff with a curved cantilever that stretches out from the base, presenting a pleasing view of Tabletops mountains. When first arriving at this house, the user will be welcomed by two entries, the walkway straight to the house and the asphalt road under the cantilever which goes down to the car garage. The main living rooms, including the guest room, living room, kitchen, and bedrooms are placed on the second floor facing the astonished view outside. From this living area, there is a swimming pool that stretches along the living area where the water reflections frame the perfect view of the green land.

Wide and tall glasses are placed on the east side of the building to give free space for the user to enjoy the view and allow the natural lights to come into the building. Meanwhile, on the opposite side, the walls are made of concrete to provide privacy for the user and minimize the sunlight on the west side.

In order to counteract the dominance of concrete material, Joe chose soft colors such as white and brown which applied to every furniture in this house. The dominance of timber in the furniture provides the natural ambiance inside the house and porcelains on other parts combine perfectly with the concrete materials. The colors and materials in this house can create a warm and cozy atmosphere. Establishing a perfect place to spend time with family while enjoying the beautiful view of the Tabletops mountains.
