TANAH Pottery, The Craftmanship and Essence of Stoneware
TANAH Pottery, located in Ubud, Bali, with extraordinary natural wealth. This hand-crafted ceramic studio covers 35 square meters, not large enough for a retail venue.
The choice of the name TANAH which means "earth" in Indonesian, is clearly seen through the interpretation carried out by Blancostudio with its colors, just like the definition of TANAH should be.
If visitors come through the west, this shop will look L-shaped, displaying various goods sold, cutlery with handicrafts. In this room, Blanco Studio chose a building with soil composition mixed with the rest of terracotta tiles, resulting in a harmonious and solid natural texture.
On the roof, you can see a combination of concrete and terracotta colors, in line with the walls that cover this shop building. The use of wooden structures is also clearly exposed in the inner space, a harmonious blend that will please visitors to this store
