A three-story residence stands out from its surroundings. Located in North Bandung, FW House is expected to fulfill all the client's needs as a residence and a home office.
With the users' various activities and needs, the house's second floor functions as the heart of the home, where guests are welcomed into the spacious living room. This area is connected to an open terrace that overlooks the vast green hills surrounding the house.
On the terrace, there is also a lounge and a swimming pool, providing more space to relax with the house's guests. In addition, the guest bedroom and bathroom were also placed on this floor, camouflaged by a door near the entrance.
As the profile of the homeowner is that of a businessman, Basio dedicated the third floor to a bedroom and home office, a meeting room was also added next to the home office as a complementary need.
A wide window in ironwood connects the indoor area that functions as a bedroom with the surrounding landscape. The lattice frames the sunlight and the surrounding natural landscape well while keeping the user's privacy.
