Completed in 2022, Parconido is a bakery shop and café located in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. This European concept café was designed by Sukchulmok with a concept based on the spirit of 'sukchulmok', which means that the space must resemble the user. European nuances are the basis of this design because it respects and reminds clients who have long settled in Italy, Sukchumok uses a simple form of space with a combination of materials, lighting arrangements, and furniture selection to make the spaces in this café unified and consistent.

The walls and columns are designed by having different shapes creating an excellent reference point to complete the sense of unity without becoming monotonous. Coupled with a mixture of three materials, namely red brick, travertine, and wood creates a warm, nuanced space and gives a feeling of calm. In addition, this concept also makes the café have a different atmosphere from the environment around the café. This makes visitors remember the café with fond memories of delicious bread and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. In addition to having a European concept, the design of this café also represents the analogy of a café brand, such as a nest that symbolizes a comfortable home provided as a comfortable and warm place to return and rest.

The café located on the second floor presents a different experience to visitors. When entering the café, visitors are given a calm feel with travertine limestone designed to cover the floor, walls, and ceiling of the room with corners in the sloping indoor space so that the boundaries of each side become faint and give the illusion of expanding. Coupled with the use of bamboo ceilings and custom furniture in the shape of a cylinder adds the impression of a dynamic room, making visitors feel like a flexible and embracing room.

In addition, the red brick material on the outdoor terrace provides visitors a different atmosphere between the café and the environment by continuing the curved shape in some parts. Visitors will feel the fusion of European nuances with the environment well without having to stand out. This terrace also added a fabric canopy to emphasize the summer atmosphere in Europe. The use of simple furniture makes it a perfect meeting point between the environment and the concept of European materials.
