This villa consists of two separate buildings which each has different functions. The primary house houses the essential living rooms and the supporting building houses the garage and the guest room. These two structures dance beautifully around the contoured site where there is a 1.4-meter level variation that is further used by the architects as a unique feature in this villa.

The architects used this 1.4-meter variation level to separate the two structures following the client’s preference to place the primary house on the contoured site and the supporting building on the more ground level. The layout itself also has a unique arrangement that presents a range of unique spatial experiences.

In addition, the villa’s orientation toward the sea offers an infinite view of the sea panorama and lets the natural wind breeze throughout the villa. The supporting building is also oriented toward the beautiful sea ensuring every guest an unforgettable experience to enjoy the delightful view of the sea.

Its concrete and timber materials are utilized as the exterior and interior elements, including the walls, floors, and ceiling. All of them successfully produce a harmonious combination of natural and artificial materials. The massive walls and concrete columns that support the roofs blend perfectly with the glass and timber materials on the facade, creating an elegant and modern aesthetic look. The extensive windows on the facade perfectly frame the panoramic sea views and hillside which creates a cozy and refreshing atmosphere inside the villa.
