Take a Look at the Museum of the Future in Dubai
Killa Design has completed a museum building dedicated to the future. The museum has officially opened and stands in a prominent location along the flyover in Dubai and not far from the Burj Khalifa which is the tallest skyscraper in the world.

Its distinctive shape has earned Dubai's ruler and UAE vice president Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum the nickname "the most beautiful building in the world". This museum consists of an elongated ring shape with a void in the middle which is allocated as a garden with an artificial lake that is not too wide, equipped with a mound of grass.

Dubai Future Foundation with Killa Design designed the Museum of the Future to become an “architectural and cultural icon”.

“The Museum of The Future is a 'living museum' that is constantly adapting and metamorphosing as its environment drives continuous and iterative changes to its exhibits and attractions,” said the chairman of the Dubai Future Foundation.

The museum consists of seven floors containing a combination of exhibits and workshops to test and develop new technologies. There is also a multipurpose hall with a capacity of 1.000 people, a lecture hall with 345 seats, and many laboratory rooms. Equipped with five floors of gallery space containing exhibitions used for space exploration, digital recreation of the Amazon rainforest, and prototypes of future products.

The 77-meter high building is supported by a steel structure developed digitally using parametric tools. So that the structure and function of this museum is really prepared to face the future with new technologies that will continuously develop.
The structure is lined in stainless steel with windows in the form of quotes from the rulers of the emirates written in Arabic calligraphy.

Three sentences inscribed on the building read "We may not live for hundreds of years, but creativity can leave a legacy long after we are gone", "The future belongs to those who can imagine it, design it and execute it. It's not something you wait for, but create", and "Innovation is not an intellectual luxury. It is the secret behind the evolution and rejuvenation of nations and societies".
