Embracing an eco-friendly concept, Rumah Emak features a “folding” design technique on its facade to create harmony with the surrounding environment. The exterior fence is designed to be overgrown with vines, adding a beautiful impression over time. The building structure maximizes natural lighting and cross ventilation, making it energy-efficient and healthy for residents.

The facade of the house uses the COLORBOND® Off White® color, while the roof applies the Gull Grey color, giving it an elegant and modern look.

The son ensured that the house would be comfortable for a mother in her old age by choosing to locate it close to the first child's house. This ensured emotional closeness without disturbing the mother's privacy.
