Distinguished from the common urban park, Urubah Park is the new revolutionary project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that offers a unique opportunity for the community to reconnect with nature. It is situated on an area of 75 hectares with various facilities dedicated to the community.

Two renowned Italian firms, LAND and Schiattarella Associati, are the visionary people behind this grand urban design. Urubah Park is part of the flagship project envisioned under Saudi Vision 2030. This park will transform the former decommissioned military base into an urban jungle at the heart of the city and serve as a vital urban infrastructure.

This park is designed not only to become a community urban center but also as a jungle to help combat the impact of the climate crisis that has been going on for years. A significant architectural feature encircling the park, "Garden Boulevard," will act as a filter and transitional zone between the park and the city that provides exciting recreational places with cultural and dining places.

Inner Park - Urban Beach 

The "Exhibition Center," another architectural component inside Urubah Park, has a pivotal role in raising awareness among citizens about the Green Riyadh program. It is a building-landscape hybrid, a large, walkable hill facilitating connectivity between different park levels and the city. The center's large roof is designed to be a flexible structure, capable of describing the park and the state of the city's green regeneration projects.

In addition, Schiattarella Associati is also currently working on the construction of Diriyah Art Futures which is the first-ever digital art center in the Middle East and is set to be open in a few weeks.
