The architects behind this commercial building located in the historic city of Hamedan wanted to create a unique space that served double duty as both a commercial building and a mini plaza for the community. Rather than just stacking two levels on top of each other, Ahmad Bathaei and Farshad Mehdizadeh Architects decided to create a fluid connection with the surrounding urban space by pinching a small space on the second floor down to the pavement. This created a welcoming atmosphere for people to gather around and have conversations.

The building's entranceway features a wavy design that adds an aesthetic touch and elevates the office building above while also serving as a facade element for the retail space on the ground floor. The design of the entranceway resulted in an undulating ceiling in the retail space, which makes it more attractive to consumers and elevates its commercial value. Through this wavy entranceway, the visitors will be guided to the white spacious office building with a striped brick facade.

The local bricks used to cover the office building's facade were carefully chosen to blend with the surrounding buildings, creating a fluid and dynamic structure that is sure to catch the eye of any passerby. This building not only fulfills the client's need for a mixed-use facility, but it also creates a mini public plaza for gathering, making it an ideal location for any business or organization. The use of these bricks adds to the building's appeal and creates a welcoming entranceway that is sure to impress.
