Amular Home House Tour and Exhibition by AAND Company

The Amular Home House Tour and Exhibition is a solo exhibition of hybrid modular homes held by AAND Company by Aaksen Responsible Aarchitecture. The open house and exhibition will be held from 7 to 8 January 2023 at Rooma Aberri and Rooma Aghili, Bandung. This exhibition was held as a medium so that participants could experience the Amular Home space as information from home products offered by AAND Company guided by a representative tour.

Amular home is a series of home products whose designs can be chosen directly by the owner with a design and build price that has been determined at the beginning. The Amular Home concept is a hybrid between modular with conventional development systems and home systems with personalization. The personalization in question is the personalization options on the available facades and inner spaces that can adapt to the needs of the user.

The Interior Design of Amular Home

There are three types issued by Amular Home, namely the 18 m2, 54 m2, and 63 m2 types. The advantage of Amular Home is the flexibility to build in any landform with a minimum width of 6 meters. In addition, fast workmanship efficiency with a standardized design only takes about 4 months.

Rooma Aghili and Rooma Aberri representing Amular Home are 54 m2 and 63 m2 types that function as staycation houses. Each of these types chooses the personalization of facades with sunshade and balcony types as an adjustment to the façade building facing north. This feature is a solution to reduce heat and direct sunlight. The location of the two houses is side by side by bringing together the side yards of each house.

The tour begins by providing a narrative about Amular Home as a whole. The concept narrative is designed by Amular Home, with information on the type of house, and the construction process to finalize with the client. Then participants were given a tour around every corner of the house to experience and capture detailed information about the awakened house. In one of the areas in the Aghili House, there is an interactive mock-up complemented by a selected land area scheme. Participants were able to match the selected land area scheme with all three types of Amular Home mockups.

Amular Home House Tour and Exhibition aims to provide participants with real information and space experience to get to know home products by AAND Company. It is hoped that participants will get complete information along with experience of Amular Home and provide input to improvise the future development of Amular Home for AAND Company.
