Ton Villas is a private villa building located in Lembang, West Bandung, with cooler air because it is located at the foot of the mountain. The concept of this building is designed according to the wishes of the villa owner. With an area of 3,500 square meters, the building has four guest houses, two spacious meeting rooms overlooking the fish pond, and a dining room and spacious lounge where guests can gather and mingle through games and music.

The owner, who is a big fan of this wooden structure, caused the wood material to be chosen as the main material for the structure and walls in this design. The wood creates a warm atmosphere and invites people to come. In addition to wood materials, RDMA also uses other materials, such as stone walls, concrete, metal, and steel. There is also a building mass game that gives guests the experience of architecture and different spaces in different corners of the building.

In this building, rooms and designed buildings are connected by a series of corridors and walkways that also help cool the property with the arrangement of plants and trees to minimize the use of air conditioning. To further aid air circulation, wooden vertical slats, and perforated concrete blocks are strategically placed throughout the property, creating charming silhouettes and shadows.

In addition, the use of detailed and unique ornaments also adorns this entire building, making it interesting for visitors to come and stay in this villa. Inside the main building, the ceiling is covered with panels decorated with hundreds of scrap metal buttons. While the floor of the main building is covered with tiles printed with custom motifs using silk screen printing techniques. Using unused buttons and silkscreen techniques is close to the villa owner of one of Indonesia's most popular denim brands.
