Tropical and Traditional Style from Belgrano Barbecue & Studio

You will feel a thick tropical atmosphere when you enter the 409m² area located in City Bell, Argentina. Welcomed by a green garden with typical tropical plants and a reddish-brown house in a traditional-modern style. Estudio VA Arquitectos designed this studio with an initial brief as an additional space to complement the owner's home facilities.

The owner's desire to increase the space is realized through this project. Located in the same location as the residence, this project is based on the premise of maintaining the same materials used in the main house and further highlighting the character of a traditional house with brick as the main material.

The main idea of ​​this project is to allocate it as a reunion room and a private room that can be used as a bedroom at any time when many guests are visiting. Belgrano Barbecue & Studio consists of the main room that can be used according to the use of different recreational events, such as parties, barbecues, or family reunions with views of the private pool and spacious tropical garden.

To complete its function as a gathering area, there is a swimming pool with a solarium located next to the communal space. Around the swimming pool, a fairly large garden is placed so that visitors and homeowners can hold barbecue events freely. The main garden is lined by curved brick walls that will maintain privacy while giving a homey feel and creating a peaceful visual experience when viewed.

Overall, the project was built with a modest volume made mostly of bricks and glass supporting a wooden enclosure through a pool and metal beams. This floating enclosure does not merge with the main volume, it separates itself and marks the main construction area of ​​the building.
